Weekly Roundup 9/13/24

Our PureVest Weekly Roundup looked at the market performance as it capped off its best week in 2024.  The Nasdaq surged 5.9%, while the Dow rose 4%.  All eyes will be on the upcoming 2-day Fed meeting, which kicks off on Tuesday. Social Security COLA in 2025 could be just 2.5% as inflation has steadily declined.  Oracle is the latest big tech giant to raise its guidance on the heels of the AI craze.  

Gas prices are now down over 35% on average from their July 2022 peak of a $5.00 national average.  Gold continues to perform this year as it sets its sights on $3000 per ounce.  Enjoy the light reading, and have a great weekend!
